I really dislike trying to find a phone number. I really dislike having both printers on one bill and paying for one of them twice. I really don't like seeing that the printer that got paid twice is expired!!! I paid on my photo 7200 this morning or so I thought, and I still can't print!! wth is going on? I'm tired of all of this and you make it very difficult to navigate your site.

You don't provide an option to save settings as default. Half the time your app doesn't appear in the list of apps when I hit print. You display an ad at the bottom of the print settings menu for HP Smart, which I already have installed. But here's why I prefer this app. You gave us the vital ability to free adjust sizing/position by hand. That alone, to me, makes it the best. I don't think even HP Smart has that option, which is really not so HP Smart. Please consider fixing these issues.

I like it a lot but for one annoying, even highly frustrating issue. I have to always remember that even though I use it often from my phone I have to always manually select various settings. For example, I only want to print draft and must manually select it for every printout. I think maybe it's an ink issue in that more ink means HP sells more ink.
